Join CrepeTown for an exclusive small-group culinary adventure with the Taste of Istria: Italy & Slovenia Food & Wine Tour! Spanning 12 days and 11 nights, this curated trip takes travelers through coastal towns, historic villages, truffle groves, and premier wineries across Italy and Slovenia.

Itinerary Brief

  • Day 1–2

    Welcome to Novigrad, airport transfer, hotel check-in, welcome dinner with Istrian specialties, and local food tasting.

  • Day 3–4

    Poreč wine experience (visit to Euphrasian Basilica & local winery) and hilltop towns of Motovun & Grožnjan with truffle tasting.

  • Day 5–6

    Visit Trieste, Italy (Italian coffee culture, Miramare Castle) and relaxing coastal experiences.

  • Day 7–8

    Olive oil tasting in Fažana, visit to Pula's Roman Arena, and Istrian cooking demonstration.

  • Day 9–10

    Explore Rovinj with winery visits and a scenic boat trip to Brijuni National Park.

  • Day 11–12

    Discover Piran (Slovenia), enjoy a farewell dinner with Istrian music, and depart via Zagreb or Venice airport.

What's Included & Accommodations

Accommodations: 6 nights in Novigrad + 5 nights in Fažana. Meals & Services: Half-board meal plan (breakfast and dinner throughout all 11 nights) plus light lunches, private transfers, guided visits, and admission fees.
