“A great hidden gem in Shingle springs! They serve great lattes (I enjoyed the London fog latte) lots of different dishes to choose from- something for everyone! I LOVE eggs Benedict but being gluten free, I have to limit them. They offer a gluten free crepe you could do instead of an English muffin and it was Devine! I prefer the crepe over the English muffin. They had perfectly poached the eggs too. Service was great and so friendly! Highly recommend for breakfast. I will need to come back and try dinner.”
